Jesse and Kristen Williams say the truck grew out of watching Food Network together and cooking at home for friends and family, which turned into wanting to do it for the wider community. They named it after Jesse's dad, a Rolling Stones fan whose bowling team was called The Bowling Stones. Every item is named after a song, and the signature is the Burger Bomb, a whole burger sealed inside a toasted brioche pocket.
