River Low rebuilt a retired school bus into a coffee shop in the fall of 2024, with help from River's dad on the carpentry, and parked it in Denver for the first time on May 15, 2025. The bus pours espresso drinks, matcha, chai and hot chocolate, with a syrup list that runs from lavender to butter pecan, plus croissants, scones and cinnamon rolls. Weekday mornings it lives at 16th and Wazee in LoDo. The rest of the time it rolls out to markets, pop-ups and catering gigs around Denver.
